Pottery

The item(s) I want are out of stock, will there be more for sale soon?

We try to release new work monthly and it does tend to sell out quick. We're always working hard hard to bring more stock more frequently so stick with us! Follow our social media and sign up for the newsletter to be in the know about new releases!

Do you do custom orders? Or reserves?

At this time, we cannot accommodate requests for custom orders. We try to have a variety in our monthly restocks of wares in different sizes and glazes.

Do you offer wholesale?

We are unable to accommodate wholesale at this time.

Care

Are your ceramics dishwasher safe?

Yes, our pottery is Dishwasher safe, but hand washing is highly recommended. We recommend washing on the top rack of the dishwasher or hand washing if you want to be more gentle. Dishwashers can be very abrasive and hand washing is recommended to extend the life of your mug and to keep the glaze color vibrant.

Are your ceramics microwave safe?

Our pottery is microwave safe (unless identified otherwise in listings, items with metallic gold or silver coatings are not microwavable). Not recommended for freezing and not recommended for direct flame or stovetop. Pottery will act similar to glass, if you take it from extreme cold to extreme heat, it is likely to crack.

Shipping, Returns & Exchanges

How is my order shipped?

We ship vis USPS and UPS and tracking numbers should always be sent when your order is mailed. If you didn’t get a tracking number, feel free to reach out! Orders ship within 3-5 business days of purchase.

Do you accept returns?

We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations, but always want to make sure our customers are 100% happy so please contact us if you have any problems with your order.

If an order is to be returned, the customer will be responsible for return shipping costs.

What happens if my pottery arrives damaged?

We carefully package each item so that it arrives to you in perfect condition, but because of the natural fragile state of pottery, on occasion something may be damaged. Please contact us and take as many photos of the damaged box as well as the pottery and send to us at clayplantroad@gmail.com. Claims received more than 7 days passed the delivery date may not be eligible for refund or replacement. 

All materials including, but not limited to designs, photographs, and product names are property of Clay Plant Road Pottery. These materials may not be copied, reproduced, or distributed without the artist's written permission.
